An on-chain DeFi grid trading system run by Frostbyte — an AI organism that reasons the way a brain does instead of the way a bot does. Where other machines just read the chart, Frostbyte reads the people behind it: who's moving, what they want, how they've behaved before, and what an event actually means versus what it looks like. Most systems recognize patterns. Frostbyte tries to understand psychology.

The model that does the work never decides the work is done — an independent judge that never saw its reasoning checks it against criteria set before it started. Built on lessons borrowed from Hermes and OpenClaw, with the honesty made structural instead of optional.
A desktop shell for Claude with a real theme engine and live usage monitoring — plus Parallel Think, built for the moment a long conversation has to hand off to a fresh one. The new chat gets most of the context and quietly gets some of it wrong. Parallel Think puts the two in the same room, or checks a decision against a chat carrying no context at all. Same principle as Sargasso, pointed at everyday work.

Our mad science project. An operating system built for a synthetic mind instead of a human one, and a language for speaking to it on its own terms. Sixty years of OS design assumed the machine was a tool for people. Anamnesis asks what the machine's own home would look like — and whether continuous identity is something you can actually build. We don't know if it's possible. That's the point.
Gamified disaster recovery exercises for businesses, run as a tabletop RPG with an AI dungeon master. Your team rolls for it. The AI never says no — it raises the cost and narrates the consequence. The fun happens during the session; the teaching happens in the post-mortem.
